Dr. Julie Powell Hall is an inspiring educator, business professional, and storyteller whose lifelong love of uplifting narratives shines through her debut book, Max’s Last Journey: Paws Across America.
Raised in Bethany Beach, Delaware, Julie overcame early challenges that shaped her commitment to positivity, resilience, and personal growth. Her diverse career spans 13 years at Eastman Kodak, work in finance at Dun & Bradstreet, and a distinguished 17-year tenure as a tenured Business Administration professor at Napa Valley College. Now a Professor Emerita and adjunct instructor at Delaware Technical College, Julie continues to share her passion for hope, healing, and inspiring journeys.
